Smooth and efficient operation

Since August 2024, Servitia has introduced a new organizational structure, featuring the Admin, Finance, and Human Resources department. This department is dedicated to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company by overseeing several critical functions:

  • Accounting & Finance, Invoicing & Cost management: Manages financial planning, budgeting, and accounting to ensure the financial health and stability of the company.

  • Legal: Responsible for managing all legal matters, ensuring compliance with local and global regulations, and providing legal support to the organization.
  • Organization & HO Coordination: Focuses on optimizing our internal processes, enhancing organizational efficiency and coordination, and supporting strategic initiatives.
  • Human Resources: Handles employee relations, recruitment, training, and development to foster a positive and productive work environment.
