Primary mission of the Services Support Department of Intesa Sanpaolo Servitia is to manage the client relationships at 360 degrees: meetings, SLA/KPI reports, contracts, offers, project management in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment.

Also this department is in charge of the Governance duties and collaborate with the Top Management as well as the Application Management and the Production & Facility Management Departments, coordinating cross tasks and deadlines.

The Information Security Department, managed by the Information Security Officer, is responsible to ensure that information assets and technologies are adequately protected.

It is in charge of identifying, developing and implementing processes across the organization to reduce information and IT risks. It establishes standards, policies and procedures, responds to security incidents, and reviews the configuration of Information Systems.
